1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ZipRide website and booking a taxi, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Booking, Fares & Operational Charges

All distance calculations begin from your confirmed pickup point to your final drop-off point. Please note the following financial terms:

• Minimum Billing: One-way drops are billed for a minimum of 150 km. Round trips are billed for a minimum of 250 km per day.
• Exclusions: Quoted base fares do not include Toll taxes, Highway fees (like the NH-275 Expressway toll), Airport parking, or Interstate border permits. These must be paid directly by the passenger.
• Allowances: For round trips, a daily driver allowance of ₹250 applies. If driving occurs between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM, an additional Night Allowance of ₹250 is mandatory.
• Extra Usage: Additional usage beyond the booked limits is charged at ₹105/hour and ₹18/km (or as specified for your vehicle type).

3. Payment Terms

A booking advance of ₹500 (or as requested during the booking flow) is required to secure your vehicle, especially for outstation and airport transfer services. The remaining balance can be paid directly to the driver in cash or via UPI at the end of the trip.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a refund of the advance amount. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the pickup time may result in a forfeiture of the advance.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are strictly prohibited from smoking or consuming alcohol inside ZipRide vehicles. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. ZipRide holds no liability for lost, damaged, or delayed luggage.
