ZipRide does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any external marketing agencies. We share necessary details (such as your name, phone number, and GPS location) only with your assigned verified driver to ensure a successful pickup.

Payment processing is handled via secure, external UPI deep links (e.g., GPay, PhonePe, Paytm). ZipRide does not collect or store your banking passwords, pins, or sensitive financial data on our servers.
